Big Tuesday by Jason Swain. Well the light wasn’t as good for photography as during the last big swell but the waves were every bit as good, and at times during the day maybe even bigger. Various reports of broken boards and leashes during the day, bodies dragged across the rocks, long swims back after boards and one helicopter rescue for someone who got caught in the rip.
Here’s the first batch of photos from the day, more to come, but this pretty much gives a flavour of what it was like.
