Its not very often a surfing shot makes it to the front page of Flickr explore these days (i dont think i’ve had one out of the 596 that have made it to explore) so i was really pleased to see “Life is just a series of peaks and troughs” make it there this week.

The new www.wightsurfhistory.co.uk website was launched on the 28th January 2010

I think like all sites it’s best considered a ‘work in progress’ and the look and feel may evolve as the content grows (its week one of a two year project) but i’m reasonably happy with this first stab at it, and I would love to hear your feedback on the design, technology or content, good or bad.
