Tonight (Saturday October 9th 2010 at 7.30pm) there is a ‘Surf Movie Night’ at Sandpipers Hotel, Freshwater Bay, Isle of Wight. (entrance is free, but we will ask for donations to the freshwater lifeboat fund.)

This evening (7.30pm Saturday October 9th 2010.) we are holding a ‘Surf Movie Night’ at Sandpipers Hotel, Freshwater Bay, Isle of Wight. (It’s not a commercial venture, entry is free, although we will be asking for donations to the freshwater lifeboat fund.)

The Wight Surf history Project, aims to document and celebrate 50 years of surfing on the Isle of Wight.

I think like all sites it’s best considered a ‘work in progress’ and the look and feel may evolve as the content grows (its week one of a two year project) but i’m reasonably happy with this first stab at it, and I would love to hear your feedback on the design, technology or content, good or bad.
